I’m a beginner who wants to start working out and losing weight. Is this membership right for me?

Inside the membership we have the best program for beginners who want to learn the ins and outs of weight training and dieting. As well as individual beginner workouts and tips.

Can I cancel the membership at anytime?

YES! Of course! But I'm sure you won't want to since we put new workouts, tips and recipes every week

I’m a very busy woman. Will this membership work with my hectic schedule?

Yes. We have quick workouts, quick recipes and its all done for you so you won't have to take long at the gym figuring out what you will do that day.

Is a fully equipped gym required?

Not at all! I provide a variety of bodyweight only workouts as well as limited equipment (dumbbells or barbells) workouts.

If I live overseas, can I purchase this program?

Yes! You can access your membership with your password. All women are welcome!

How long do the workouts typically last?

Each workout lasts about 30-40 minutes. We also have shorter workouts for those days that you just don't have time.

Is this program suitable for vegans?

Absolutely. I provide tons of meal/ high-protein options for vegans. 

Will I struggle to adjust or feel deprived?

NO. That was my main focus for this membership. You will learn how to make working out and dieting sustainable and easy enough to stick to!

Are the workouts in videos?

YES! I show you each workout as a video. You will also find PDFs as well.
